I just got a psp and don't know how or where to do this is their a tutorial any where that can assist me I just want to play shaun whites snowboarding game and currently can't. Bummer Any help would be aprreciated.

Assuming you mean playing the game from your memory stick rather than buying the game. There is a guide that can be found HERE which will help you with accomplishing your goal. Follow the instructions carefully and make sure you read through the entire tutorial before you start anything.
