I've been trying to find a straight answer but I haven't found one. Does SSBB work with 3.3u or do I have to downgrade?

I have wiikey 1.9s and I burned a dvd5 version of SSBB. All my other backups work fine but SSBB isn't working.

Could be an issue with the ISO. I use Gecko, and my SSBB DL loads fine after compensating for the layer break.
