Halp! I want to rip a game's sound track. Say, Bully.

Is there a way I could just stick it in my PC's drive, and go about as a regular DVD?

On a Windows, with original game DVD.

ive looked everywhere, no answers found. google haz phailed me.

No, there is no way to rip a game's soundtrack from Windows. The format of the game is not accessible like a DVD. The best you could do would be to record from the Audio cables out from the Wii.

Still no. The Wii uses a file structure that is not readable by a PC.

You'd first have to dump the DVD from your wii to your PC (over Wifi or an SD card). Look up Waninkoko's DVD Dump.

Then once the ISO is on your PC, you need to open it with Trucha Signer.

Once it's opened you can extract any file from the disc you want.

However, most media on the disc is not just a music format.
It could be TMP or a stream or almost anything.
It's hit or miss and you'll have a hell of a time trying to decode a file in a random Wii format.
