I was wondering that now that i have the 3.71 m33 CFW if i should update it to a new CFW? What are the benefits? Or should i stay with the 3.71 m33? I have a 2000 model slim God Of War Ed. Thanks

i just upgraded from 3.71 to 5.00 m33-4, nothing negative i've noticed yet, homebrew and all that seems to run fine still, one nice thing i have noticed is that i can run m4v files now (the new itunes digital video format i think?), even though i think you can run them anywhere from cfw 4 and up. its nice though b/c they're a lot smaller than mp4s and im too poor to get a bigger mem stick. =/

go for it-

Just grab the update from psp-hacks.com or the like and run the program as directed. If you have newer games, they will thank you for it. Plus with 5.00M33 there is the PSN icon in the psp menu which will link you the playstation network where you can get free game demos, wallpapers, themes etc.(free registration required)

you have to do the update manually-there is no winstaller..

go to psp-hacks.com you will find the updates you need in the 'downloads' section.
