NFS Undercover Update Failed

I have a d2ckey and a 3.3E Wii

I put in NFS Undercover and it asked to update and I agreed

The bar went all the way accross and they got stuck there I eventually rebooted the console and it won't read the NFSU dvd

It plays everything else including backups

Should I update to 3.4 on the net?

I don't have the disc to do the twilight hack and dont want to as I dont do homebrew etc and have a modchip

Strange, I just reburnt another (Copy 3) using my other Pioneer writer and it plays fine and asks for no install of updates
