I am trying to encode an AVI file using TMPGenc and when i had no audio in the output file, so i read that i was supposed to open the AVi file using VirtualDUb and do this:

Click Audio: select Full Processing Mode
Click Vedio: select Direct Stream Copy
Click Audio-Compression: select No Compression (PCM)
then save it as anotehr AVI file and encode it back using TMPGenc.

HOwever after doin all the steps when i try to save the file from VirtualDub as an AVI, it gives an error saying "No audio decompressor could be found to decompress the source audio format"

How do i fix this? can sumone help?
