I have been give a box and am unsure to which one it is , It states The Box in the upper left corner, its all silver , Your help is appreciated guys , Thnaks

most probably starview 2, i have that one and has just The Box written on top left corner. click on this link bellow and just down load and install the new firmware :-)

Many Thanks my freind , I have downloaded and installed and rfescanned but when it says e316 channels found i,m pressing exit and its saying channels scrambled , I may be doing it wrong , Your help is appreciated

Have you turned EMU ON? go to Menu then press 1570, this wil bring the hidden options...go down and click on EMU, then check channels again..hope that helps
