Can't burn 360 Games???

I have wasted 6 verbatim dvds this morning trying to get a game...I just fixed my hitachi v79...One of the disc I burned played for like 3 mins....Using Imgburn set the layerbreak...2.4x write speed..Even went and bought a new lite on dvd burner still nothing is working...2 of the disc finalized and completed but wont play ...Silent Hill homecoming played for 3 mins and Madden 09 went to a black screen then just disc read error.....I used XDVDMullter to check the iso's before i burnt them anything else im not doing ...this is crazy...I got a 10 pack and have 4 left...Please anyone help!

try this,
XBC 2.7 for reading and burning.
Sungsung D162D Keron 1.0. for reading.
Sony V204A burner. Burn at 4X.
Memorex DVD+D DL disk.
I just backed up Lego Batman game for my son.

I wouldn't recommend memorex media. If your drive is having problems with verbs, memorex will be worse.

Is it that your drive just seems to not be able to read the discs? If so, you might be looking at having to replace your laser.

I can put a regular game in and it will play forever....so it cant be the drive...I have to be burning something wrong somewhere!

did you make the backups yourself or download them from torrents

I downloaded them from megaupload...I got them off a forum I always go to...Everyone else on the forum said thanks works great...I checked them with the XDVDEmullter...I used imgburn and dvd decrypter...the files i downloaded have a .dvd file and an iso file....I changed the layer break to the right number ....I don't understand what im doing wrong..Like i said one game played for like 3 mins...so that means I modded it correctly right? I used Podger tutorial and a youtube video step by step...everything went through fine there....So i guess i have to be burning them wrong?
