Put tv cable from starview into tv ,lost channels now

I could get setanta Ireland today to watch Spurs match, so took tv cable from starview box and put into tv,so then watched the match,But after the match I put tv cable back into starview and I cant get any channels,I tried going into installation ticked NTL then auto scan but keeps showing failed, any ideas thanks

Have you made sure you have plugged the cable back into the right connection, Cable input?

Thanks, I had it in on the far side of the box, it is now showing data update ,touch wood.

I usually get phonecalls after ive flashed boxes saying its broke etc because they did the same, plugged it in the wrong input.
Easily done mate!

Raartoot, tv is still saying data is been updated and it had 0% on a blue screen,When I put the imput cable in it just went to this stage.any ideas appricated, thanks

You done a rescan with no signal present that's why, (When you done that the cable was not in cable input socket). What you need to do is a Factory Re-Set and fresh Installation, Automatic Scan on your provider,when finished don't forget to turn the EMU ON.
