EUROVOX MAX V HELP

please help i have updated my max v box as the channels completely went of with updating codec on display. i installed software released on 30/11/2008 via chatterbox toolbar. eurovox scans and doesn't install channels. line into is ok because works with normal box. any ideas or guides. many thanks lee.

Yes just go to here and download the firmware from here also, not that place okay, and follow the guide, just make sure when stting up that you definately do have the live cable feed into the RF input socket. >>>>>>>>>
