I'm looking for someone with the real deal, not just some hot air gun. Anyone know of anyone in the US that does a professional reball that will replace this crappy lead-free solder with lead solder? I'm looking for something similar to this...

I've heard really good things about that guy in Brazil (YouTube video above). I know someone in the USA offers this kind of service. Looks really professional and I would pay $50-$60 for a reball job of this caliber. This really looks like a permanent fix especially if you replace that lead-free crap with some real solder.
