I've just gotten the D2prog to update my D2Pro's firmware to the latest version. The problem is, I have no idea how I do this.

So I was wondering if someone could give me a step by step guide as to what i need to do to get the Wii open, perform the update and get it all back together again. I'm not very techincal, so I need this to be made as simple as possible.
