Philips DVD+R DL Problem

I currently have 50 pcs of Philips DVD+R DL and I have a problem burning games T_T The problem is it can only burn at a slowest speed of 4x. I use ImgBurn, when I burn games using *.dvd some works (like NBA Live 09, Infinite Undiscovery, Battle Fantasia, etc.) but when I use it on Blue Dragon it doesn't work. I changed the Layer Break to 1913760 Blue Dragon worked! But when I try to burn Tales of Vesperia both methods doesn't work T_T Please help I already wasted 7 discs T_T

1.Write at 2.4x ALWAYS.

2. The only good dvd+r dl are VERBATIM

now I know why the price of Philips is half of Verbatim (scratches head)
