Can I install NXE on modded Hitachi 0078?

I have a flashed Hitachi 0078 that is playing back-ups fine. My system is arcade only and I do not use Xbox Live. Will installing the new update cause me any problems? Thanks for any info.

no it wont, but if you plan to use xbox live later, you have to think about the possibility of being banned.

Thanks for the info, that is all I needed to know. I don't plan on ever using xbox live. I cut my teeth on atari 2600 & NES, arcade-style xbox will be just fine with me. Thanks again.
