Hi all, newbie with flashing problems!

I successfully flashed my drive with Xtreme 1.4, or at least that's what I thought. I tried playing some games I had made backups of, but none of them would work. However, upon checking, I found out that my xbox 360 won't read any disc, burned or not. This includes music CDs, No options for the disc show up, I am only able to open or close the tray. Any help would be greatly appreciated - Aaron

did you plug the cable back into the 360 drive? because even with a bad flash, it would be able to read movies, and music cds.

Wow, thanks for such a quick response!
As far as I know, I plugged it back in. I'll double check and let you know. Do you think maybe I used a version of Xtreme that's outdated? And I was hoping this wouldn't matter, but it's probably best that I note that my Xbox was updated to the NXE dashboard before the flashing.

the version of xtreme you used shouldnt matter as the old stuff will play games that arent properly stealth patched. but ill put money on it that the cable isnt plugged in.

glad to hear you have it sorted out. and it is that simple, ive done it a couple of times when flashing 360s.
