About Xbox live With Customer Firmware

i will (hopefully) be firmware-ising my xbox 360 with liteon drive.

i understand the risks involved by going to xbox live, however my qestion is if i go on xbox live with only the original copy of the games, do i have a chance of getting caught?

eventually you will get caught. this is because its widely believed that the 360 stores information on all the games you've played, retail or burnt, and once connected to LIVE it sends that information in and that results in a banning sometime down the road.

wow, thats quite amazing, it sends all that information.

looks like i will stick to offline xbox 360 gaming with my er, backups lol.

and i will leave my (free) online gaming to ps3.
