1. IS there anyway to tell what version is on my modchip? i got the Wiikey2 solderless chip.
2. Currently have 3.3u is it safe to update?
3 Ben 10 alien force wont play but its channel will pop up .

Just bought my son a wii for xmas and trying to set it up before i give it to him. thanks in advance

So can you play other backups? If so. Can you tell me the process that you did after completing the hardware part of your mod and moving to the firmware part? For mine, I boot to the setup disc and see the channel, I just cannot select it and do not know how to make the menu respond.

3.3u was already on the wii. i didnt update the modchip nor the hardware. i just applied the modchip with the clip and that was it. Mario kart played fine but ben alien force will not play it says to refer to the manual book
