Ok the other day I flash my 360 at 8x speed ...now I want 12x......I went through everything again and get to tool box and I used my original firmware that i saved and and it said error do I just do everything the same and use the firmware thats on it or what?

use the erase command and then use the w or write command and flash back originnal firmware

what drive are you reflashing? benq, sammy, hitachi? if its a benq or sammy just remake your original iprep stick, with the orig.bin on it, and run the rsam command. that will restore it to stock. then rerun the entire flash process.

Its a hitachi v79...I have my original bin just dont know how to restore it and then flash 12x

there should be a command that is restore.bat or something along those lines, just run it and it will restore it.
