I unlocked my 6111, that used to be o2 and am using my 3 sim card. It has worked perfectly for about a month, and suddenly tonight, it has started saying that the phone is restricted and needs a restriction code.

The unlock code I used before does not work- is there another type of code that i need?

You can try inserting a new unlock code again.
