hi guys,i'm new to this, can anyone help me, starview stuck on language - english, after giong into factory settings, won't go back to main menu

TURN THE B0X OFF AT THE BACK FOR AMIN THEN TURN BACK ON

Select english > installation
choose provider
Auto scan > ok
Channels found > exit back out.

Menu > 1570
Turn key emu on
Exit, Exit, Exit.

i've done all that, but still won't exit out of language. i'm lost, have nthell finally cracked it

You need to put in 1668 to get into factory settings, did you do that?
