Play backup games w/o Modding?

hello everyone ! :)
first of all..im new to this forum..so i dnt knw anyone outhere...but i hope you ppl help me out!
My doubt is...its like..I live here in U.A.E ( united arab emirates ) ..im planing to get myself an xbox 360 for my birthday ..so.. i saw a xbox 360 in virgin megastores..that cost 999 DHS...with 2 games free and 20gb hdd..im not sure abt the hdd..cuz i think itz 60gb!!
k wteva that is..lets get into the main point...
like..if i get that xbox360...can i download xbox360 games via TORRENT SITES ( like mininova.org) and copy it into the hdd of xbox n play it without modding it?
is it possible? cuz i really dnt wanna mod my xbox and take risk!!
so plz reply as soon as possible..i really need help on this..

Nope that is not possible yet. Though with the new 360 dashboard (the NXE) you can install the game's data onto the HDD but you will still need the disc inside. This will shorten the load times, makes the 360 quieter, which in result will decrease the chances of the RROD.
Also you may want to change your topic title. It needs to be descriptive and not in all caps.

No you can't, you wouldn't be able to run the game from the disc in order to copy it... and to my understanding, even with a game on the hard drive you still have to have the disc inside.
You can't play backups without modding it. This question has been asked a lot and the answer remains the same.

i would prefer a total noob version! cuz im a NOOB for xbox360 ! =D

Yes there are guides on the internet. I successfully used them knowing nothing about an Xbox 360, but I am fairly intelligent with computers so I was sort of used to this thing.
Just google, "Hacking The Xbox 360 for Dummies" and it should be the first link-- read that PDF file and it should explain quite a bit. You need to figure out what kind of dvd-rom you have inside then follow the instructions for that. You might want to consider finding somebody in your area to do it for you, it might be worth the money if you're afraid of damaging your 360.

Get Textbook's 2008 guide and look for a guide on how to access Xbits. Once your flashed you might run into problems. My Hitachi needed the POT adjusted.
