Assuming the decoders connected via USB, rightclick the My Computer icon, select Manage, Disk Management and change the new drive?s drive letter (rightclick on new drive and select Change Drive Letter & Path). Chances are the decoders harddrive?s default drive letter is already in use by another storage device in XP. The new drive should now be available in My Computer / Windows Explorer.
