I installed the homebrew channel when it first came about and when I left for college I had to leave the Wii at home. I'm on Christmas break and was wondering if a lot of improvements and functionality has been added... and also if I can upgrade my homebrew channel. Can anyone tell me what I should update (my stuff is all from early 08 I believe), I'm interested in emulators, backup loading, and DVd playback mostly. Any info appreciated.

Thanks for the link. I checked out the PS1 emulator and the page was pretty bare about its details, but does anyone know if it runs at a playable speed and supports most gameS?
