hi guys could anybody help a newbie get my channels back. when following some advice threads i decided to do a full factory reset.
on my box super did language selection installalation select network
which is dublin n** did automatic scan searched channels which came back at 0 channels found then tried to exit but it keeps going back to language selection cant get out of factory reset im a dead man when my kids find out i should have left well enough alone as i had the s*y channels but no standard channels now i have nothing please please help

go into installation then into manual scan and put in the down freq 291.000 symbol rate 6887 then down to network scan flick across to enable press ok

thanks a million try abit. around 90 channels found on manual scan but tried to do a auto scan but zero channels found maybe im doing some thing wrong ive never had any problems before this week with chanels freezing or no signal on s*y sp 2 for example any help would be brilliant

try this factory reset the box then auto scan on chorus or tw when it says no progs found go back and scan on n*l

cheers but maybe i can manual scan the other frequencies for the missing channels if i knew what range they were in the highest range i have is around 399000 khz i dont think i should try another factory reset this close to christmas. my problem began when i coulnt find s** sp 2

how can i get the basic channels back. have premium ones but no bbc utv ch4 for example have about 80 stations it is a genuine s view the box super never any probs before. as above tried factory reset but only these channels came back sorry for hasseling you if i have this number of channels is a flash a necsesity thanks for any advice you can give

Try a manual scan on 355.500 & see if this works.
