Are verbatim DVD+RW DL good quality to use for 360 backups. Or should i use recorbles instead of rewritables. (i have backups that are on rewritables and want to know if thats good quality or I should switch and reburn?)
EDIT: RW on disk

Does'nt matter what quality media you use or type if you have the originals & they're kept safe

that doesn't really help. When backing up media, you definitely want verbs.

A buddy of mine told me he burns his backups to 50gb Blu-ray rewritable discs. I guess he can fit 6 or 7 games on 1 disc. He was using Verbatim DVD+RW DL's a couple years ago, but stopped when they became obsolete.

He might can fit 6 or 7 game .iso's on a disk but he can't play those games in a 360 while burnt to a blu-ray disk.

Well, you should smack your buddy around for lying so much to you.

He's buring his backups to a BR rw... and that's working pretty good with his 360, eh?

And he quit using dl rw's because they became obsolete? It'd be pretty hard for them to become obsolete when they were never released to begin with.

Those are not dual layered. Those are single layer, +R Data Life rewritables.
