Hi ,
If you have flashed your ddigtal box with the uk update please note that the new code for the emu is 8888 not 2580 ...so there's no need to reflash with the old firmware..
So remember its Menu then 8888 to enable

Hi Suse,
Thanks for the tip - for when I get to it.
I'm obviously too new at this - been around in circles for a week!
Got the cable, but can't communicate with my ddigit*l box. When trying to read, I get an 'ACK Read Fail' , or trying to send I get 'Read REQ' fail. Been reading all the related threads, but can't get past this prob.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Hiya ,
Make sure cable is connected to pc and your box , the box must be off ,
click start to download the file then turn your box on from the switch at the back ...your download should start then...

Hi again Suse.
Flash was sucessful, and rescanned the channels, but they are still scrambled. Maybe flashed the wrong file (DD..tal 041208UK Fix)? Or is there something else to do?
Either way, thanks for getting me this far!

Was just being too impatient - needed to wait a few minutes for it to do it's thing! we're up and running for Christmas. My son will be delighted! Thanks so much - wishing you a very Happy Christmas.
