my channels got scrambled last week and i got the new software i tried to install it but it didnt work and now my box wont turn on and my laptop cant conect to it now can some1 help me .. maybe there is some way to reset it im nt sure help plz

well if you can read that fast you should enter the olympics LOL
do a search top of the page type in replay lite wont turn on or something ...that will bring you to others having your particular problem!!
