hi guy s i have just got a psp fat .so went out and got memory stick 2 gig and pandora battery .dloded easy installer and set it away .put pandora attery in all i get is black screen green light no actoin of memory card could anyone help thanks

You have black screen and green light, This means your battery is correct but your mms has not been created properly, did you make it on a Vista machine or an XP machine?

Hey Sted,
I just installed CFW on a friends PSP using Afterdawn's instructions. I created the magic memory card, pandora battery (using my already hacked psp), and installed cfw 3.71 m33.

My problem was that the battery was still in Service Mode. It must be in Normal Mode to work as a normal battery. But this was after I had fully installed all the custom firmware and my psp worked with my original non-Pandora battery. Hope this helps or allows a non-Newbie to lead you in a right direction.
