I'm not sure if you mean playing the disk images from your computer on the wii via wifi or if you actually intend to download the games from the internet to the wii and play them that way.

Either way, no. Its not possible.

The first method may work someday, but it would be slow and probably very glitchy.
The second is just flat out impossible.
