Its 24th Dec and I'm scrambled. i have no to PC at moment I'm using a mac, so cant download updated firmware (is there any new for starview 3 anyway yet) Am I being really thick ?. I understand we cant show c---s on here but cant find a way to get them. Alternatively i know someone who has ST4 can i transfer his files onto my box?

You cant transfer the firmware from a SV4 to SV3.
The firmware for the SV3 is the 8[1].02 & you can find it in the last link under my sig.
See if you can get someone with windows xp & use their pc.
