What do you use to stream to PS3?

Looking for a streaming solution. What are you using?

I am currently using Nero but it a trial and won't do transcoding. This is an option I would like for future use. Right now I am only using it to stream VOB files but will try the HD/Blu ray thing down the road (once I get a blu rom). I downloaded, kmplayer, VLC and Tversity. I like the funcionality of KM but I don't think it is a media server. I am sure VLC is a media server but in the half hour I played with it I couldn't get it to stream. However, I am sure I could figure it out with a little more time. I like that KM and VLC will play ISOs. Anyway what are you using?
