starview 4 super usb unable to sort/move channels

Hello all,

I have a starview 4 usb and have recently updated f/w to v.107 from v.106 beta, when i press menu > channel edit the sort and the move buttons are greyed out and i cannot select them any ideas on how i can sort/move the channels?

I have also tried making a .bin file of the channel backup and tried opening it with the svce channel editor but error message displays saying "not a valid starview file"

all i want to do is change the line up of the channels! is this possible at all?
