Eboots and Cso's fine but emulator's not working?

Have 5.00 m33-4

Now Iso's, Cso's, Eboots and Emulators all worked fine but now get error code 80020148 when trying to run emulators.. Perhaps I have played around and maybe moved or deleted something off the memory sticks ? On recovery mode my kernal set to 1.50..
