so my console has not been banned. i have benq w/ ixtreme 1.5. but what i'm wondering is, has anyone been banned for having a modded console(asuming u were banned, only for that reason) outside of the couple ban "wave"'s that have happened? i'm just curious if i'm "safe" as long as i take the right precaution, til the next wave?
i stealth check w/ abqx360 and i don't play games before realease.

Because none of us are 100% certain of how microsoft detects whether or not you have a modded console, there is not certainty that your safe, the timing doesnt matter, I know people that stopped using there boxes for a few months, even though they didnt play during the banwave period, they still got banned. Theres no guarantee either way.

*Consoles that are going to be banned during the wave, are more or less banned during the ban-wave period, so you wont know if your getting banned until the next wave.
