streaming internet videos xbmc problem

I have been using video plugins for Xbmc from here and they work fine but the problem is after a few minutes the video i am watching will just stop. i have viewed these same videos on my pc (to test) and they play fine there but on my xbox they will play and stop.

if anyone knows why and knows how to fix this i would really appreciate your help. thanks - phaze
