I keep getting a blank screen after i start no more heroes i cant figure out why... have tried changing burning medium used SONY DVD-R switched to Verbatim DVD-R burned at 16x 4x and 2.4x tried to change the video settings also tried to Trucha Sign it but still getting the blank screen.

I updated my wiikey but did not run the config disc afterwards(is it neccesary?) and my wii firmware is 2.0J how do i update it?(Games shld do it automatically?) And my ISO is a NTSCU to PAL version wiikey shld be able to play it?

This has been posted before however im still getting the blank screen after trying any help will be apprieciated thanks!

Your black screen is mostly likely a firmware issue. Trying to run games on firmwares older than they were designed for is touch-and-go at best, trying to run the game on a MUCH older firmware is nearly impossible.

Update with a copy of mario kart from your wii's home region. That will update it to 3.2

You could update online to firmware 3.4, but then your trucha-signed disks wont work anymore unless you boot them through gecko OS on the homebrew channel.

You can also manually set the firmware to specific levels using the homebrew channel and the downgrader or region changer.

But to be able to do either of them you'd need to upgrade the firmware. Homebrew channel wont install on 2.0

I seem to have found out my problem. It worked for me so i guess i'll just post it for others too.
My problem is after i brickblock the iso i will get the blank screen thus now i just run the iso through wii update manager to check if its safe. Anyone know why when i brickblock my iso it will result in the blank screen is there a way to solve it?

Hi,
I had just install my HBC & Gecko OS.I am glad that my need for speed(undercover),Donkey kong (japan version) work using the gecko os.I believe I have load 002 error ios file for my gecko os because normally the gecko os 1.07b didn't able to work.But there is still some game not working,it give me a blank screen & wii remote no signal.example ski & shoot,emergcy heros.By the way hope that some expert can explain to me how the gecko os work.I see that force ntsc,force pal60.in the rebooter option,there is a region free option.Pls kindly explain to me what is the function.
I notice a lot of guys saying about wiigiator gamma loader,how is it different with gecko os 1.07b.
