My psp couldnt start some games when i select it from the menu. After the psp sign disappears, the screen will turn all black and around 10 seconds later it will auto turn off. I was told that because i need to update the psp but after i update it to 5.00 M33-4 it still couldn't work. Wonder if someone could help out?

You most likely have bad game rips. Download the game from another source.

Mike, have you tried executing a file that isn't a .iso/.cso/.pbp under the game menu?
