Provider: Movistar

Movistar have just supplied me with a new phone as I have changed from PAYG to Contract with them. I now need to insert my (UK)Orange PAYG Simcard into the old one - Nokia 2652, but I get a msg 'phone restricted' and another 'enter restriction code'.
How do I unlock this please? Can I even use my UK Sim in this phone?I hope I don't have to contact Movistar as I don't speak very much Spanish! Please help - I will be eternally grateful, Thank you
