Switching lite-on with benq Q's

So my old 360 with a benq drive died on me and i went out and got a new one. Of course it came with a lite-on drive. Now i kept my benq from the old 360(replaced it with an older hitachi i had). Now my question is there anyway i can switch the drives without buying a spear and whatever else i needed eg just reflashing the benq drive with the serial for the new 360. If i do have to buy a spear were is the best place i can buy in Canada?

why would you want to replace the lite-on with a benq when you can just flash the lite-on?? but i think you can just use a paper clip instead of the spear (read this in a different thread). not sure how to use it, but there should be a guide out there or something.

and you will have to spend the money to buy a spear/solder to replace the drive since you need the lite-ons key to flash the benq with..... also i gave you a free way of doing that.
