the box super NO CHANNELS! PLEASE HELP!

hey, i am currently living in dublin and have had the box super since last summer. up until now it has worked fine but the other day i turned it on and none of the channels were working except for three (senanta ireland, sly sports xtra, rte 1). all the other channels say "channel is updating" but all stay at 0%. paramount +1 goes to 220% and then just goes back to 0%. any help would be greatly appreciated
