Help Black wire soldered on tiny green chip broke with Pics

hi i have a problem the black wire that's soldered onto the small tiny green chip is broken,one thing i notice is you can go to the menu but i cant play any VC or wiiware games and the dvd drive doesnt power on

the only thing you can hear running is the fan

is this fixable or am i completely screwed?? Thank you so much for your time

Oh yes that's an easy fix. You just connect the two wires together by soldering. Or if you don't want to solder then you can just try twisting the ends together and covering with electrical tape. This might not work but is worth a try.

should i use rosin core wire to connect the wire or should i just try to twist it then use the soldering iron????i know it sounds like a dumb question but thanks for the help

Twist the two wires together like so-
