How do I use ISO's and CSO's on 4.20 firmware?

I'm relatively new to the PSP scene and I was just wondering how to use ISO's and CSO's on 4.20 firmware (I'm not even sure if "firmware is interchangeable with "system version"). Any help give is highly appreciated.

you make a file called ISO in the root of your memorycard. then u put any ISO or CSO games in that folder. then to play them u go to the memorycard to play them. NOTE: you must have custom fermware
