kid has been using a gold-plated 6 foot HDMI cable for a couple of months.....with no problems ..cable conked out ( can't find signal ).....tried new cable but got same results ( cant find signal )....is this a common problem for 360's ????....thanks much

ive seen several xboxes with bad hdmi ports, id try something else with an hdmi port to see if it works,if it does, its the 360.
