CFW on PSP-2001 5.00 OFW

Hi,
I have a PSP-2001 with 5.00 OFW..
how can I Upgrade it into 5.02 CFW?

Note that in firmware 5.00 OFW, which I now have, Pandora Stick won't boot.. I can see the Green light but no nothing..

how can I tell if it's TA-88v3 Mother-sh*t?

Just had a check for you and it seems DC7 is not compatible with v3 mother board, have a look at this http://www.psphacks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4017

So what r u saying is that I need to do this guide of TA-88v3 guide to know if my PSP is 88v3 mobo?
I'll do that.. and if it is.. I guess that there is nothing I can do right now..

But, can I Install the DC8 on the MS and it will work?

The TA88 V3 motherboard cannot be downgraded at this moment!!!!!!!!
