Hi everyone, i have just purchased a new wii , serial number LEH238674660 .As this is a newer model i am getting confused on what mod chip( presoldered if possible) can be installed as epoxy glue has been mentioned. Can anyone confirm if the D2Pro is suitable.

Wiiclips cannot be attached to a "black epoxy" unit without a substantial amount of rework.

You best bet would be to open it up and look to see if you're epoxied. If you are then it's either:

1)Replace the DVD drive with a premodded one
2)Professional installation of a modchip.
