WALL-E .vob freezes.....

So I have my WALL-E .mkv file and I used mkv2vob to convert it to a .vob to play on my ps3 but it keeps freezing right at the beginning where the ship is in pieces in space. it wont continue playing at all, what can I do to fix this? Any help would be great. Thanks

There might be any number of issues.

1.) Is your PS3 up to date with the firmware?

2.) Is the .mkv file corrupted?

3.) What's the video stream in the .mkv file? (.avi, .divx, .h264, etc.)

4.) Have you tried muxing it to .m2ts using tsMuxer?

Hopefully, one of those three will be your problem. I'm leaning towards the second or the third, but I could be totally off.
