Hi everytime i play a game the x360 freezes it started before 1 week ,yesterday i tried to update my xbox360 because i thought it would fix my freezing problem but during the xbox experiance update my xbox 360 froze now when i start my xbox 360 it gives me the red ring its strange because i did the x-clamp mod about 8 months ago,please can someone tell me what to do

oh and i forgot to mention that my xbox 360's firmware has never been touched my xbox360 is from the first generation xbox's

Not a big suprise here, it was rumored before the xbox experience was even released that it would bring back the rrod to xenon boards (launch consoles).

It's time to get the secondary error code again and get back to work fixing that xbox.

I would think that the xbox would still have the old dash on it since the update didn't complete. So if you fix the hardware issue that you have you should be able to update it. The freezing problem you're having is probably caused from ram comming off the board. Do the penny fix and see if that helps.

when i turn on the xbox it gives me the rrod it wont even show me the xbox or microsoft logo shows

and whats the penny fix mod iv never heard of it before (got any link) i have only done the x-clamp mod and it fixed the rrod until the new xbox experiance update now it gives me the rrod again
