I rented Hitman Blood Money today (xbox) and it wasn't supported by my 360. So it told me to download an update and burn it to a CD/DVD.

I was then thinking, if I can burn this update and run it from a CD, isn't there a way I can burn a whole game to a disc (a backup copy) and then somehow hack the updater to launch the game instead of the updater itself?

I think I heard about exploits with other game titles or something, but Microsoft quickly patched them.

To make, this makes sense. But then again I just got a 360 a week ago and don't know a lot about hacking it <_<
