I was wondering, does it make any difference if you play single player while you are logged onto your live account online? Is the risk higher of getting banned? Or do I have as much chance of getting banned as actively using my account on multiplayer? Please be nice, your help would be very much appreciated :P

no one knows how it works..

its believed/assumed though that the machine logs whatever security anomalies it notices... so whenever you do connect to live it will report them .. . so it may not matter if you stay conenct or not.


the only definite is that its moronic in the extreme to play games before their release date on xbox live ... tons of people got banned for doing just that in the last ban wave...
