Please could someone tell me how I can use freeloader with my wii 3.3e. Will I have to downgrade my firmware and is there any chance of damaging my wii if I do downgrade

The freeloaders don't last since nintendo blocks them with new updates.
Install Gecko OS in your Homebrew channel, it is better.

Gecko OS is still your best choice. However if you really what to use the freeloader you can, just downgrade your wii's firmware. No problem.
